Kerry's Meatballs

 

Meatballs - I have a rough recipe, because I never work from them, I just toss stuff together.

Take a pound of chopped meat, your choice. I usually use chopped sirloin, but it doesn't really matter much.

Mix in one or two eggs, a quarter cup of milk, then enough seasoned bread crumbs to make a mixture that will hold together when you fry it. Add salt, pepper, and seasonings to your tastes - I tend to put in weird stuff like brown sugar.

Form into balls and fry in olive oil until brown on the outside. Then let them slow cook in tomato sauce/italian sauce of your choice (I sometimes use five brothers, sometimes ragu, usually with some spices tossed in for fun, or sometimes chopped sausage)
