'Good' Fan Writer Scripts Xena

Melissa Good, a well-known Xena, Warrior Princess fan fiction writer famed for the lesbian subtext of her take on the series, officially confirmed this week that she has signed a freelance contract to write a Xena episode for the show's sixth season.
"I have already participated in story meetings, and submitted a story sheet, and I am in the process of submitting a first draft of the script to [the] writing team," she writes. "ONE script - so would ya'll please not think this is a huge impact, okay?"
Still, many fans are thrilled to have to author of such sagas as "Festival" and "Dark Comes the Morning" writing a canonical episode for the series.
