Legend tells that deep in the Amazon forest a cliff overlooks the land with a cave that faces out towards the sunset. A staff leans against a coarse cloth woven of twisted bark and leather, its carven stone raptor's head silent.
And hundreds of feathers, each reverently pressed into the weavings gleam softly in the fading light.
Legends says that an Amazon, whether weary of battle or newly initiated will travel here, alone, bearing a feather to commemorate their rite of passage with the simple words "Guide me, Queen Ephiny, to wage war courageously and to wage peace honorably".
Or so the legend tells...
