Julius Caesar Salad Dressing:

1/2 Teaspoon yellow mustard  1 heaping Teaspoon minced garlic
1 egg (coddled for 1 minute in boiling water) 2 heaping Tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons lemon juice 3/4 cup oil (part olive)
1 dab of anchovy paste (optional) salt and pepper to taste
 
   
Blend these ingredients together until consistency is smooth.  This dressing is delish, I mix it with bits of crunchy, fresh romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatos.  If you wish, also add strips of baked or grilled chicken breast or salmon.
